Cancellation and Returns
You can get your return code by contacting customer service. You must deliver the product you will return to the cargo together with the invoice and return code. If you do not report this code to the cargo branch or official, they may charge you for cargo fees. You should send the returned product in its original box and packaging.

Refunds for cancelled orders are made within 3 business days. Cargo delivery time may change according to the density of cargo companies. You can track the status of your cargo from the website of the relevant cargo company using the code in the SMS regarding the cargo sent to you.
