How can I return the product I purchased?

If you want to return your products after receiving your order, you can create a return request for your order by calling our call center at 0850 346 6126 or logging into your www.simart.me account within 14 working days from the delivery date at the latest. Our call center staff will give you a return confirmation code so that you can send the products free of charge. With this code, you can send products with Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.

As a result of your negotiations with our customer service representatives, you need to pay attention to some issues while sending the products to us.

These;

After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and approved for its return. This process takes 2-5 working days on average.

• You must send the product(s) to us in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse.

• If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process and cut as ‘Product Unit Price + VAT’ (also SCT, if any)  without including the cargo share. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be received unless a return invoice is issued.

How can I change the product I purchased?

Return conditions apply for product exchange. Your product that meets these conditions is returned and a new order is created for the product you want to change.

How many days is the return period?

According to the “Right of Withdrawal Without Reason” article in the Consumer Law, it is the first 14 working days from the date you receive the product. You can return the product you have received within thirty days from the delivery date, in case of returns due to any defect arising from the product.

How long after the return will the refund appear in my account?

www.simart.me checks the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions. You will be notified by e-mail when your return is accepted and your refund is received by us. The period of reflection of the refund on your account is determined by the bank and cannot be intervened by us.

What are the return conditions?

• You must send the product(s) to us in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse.

• The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
